InjectorPriceEventBatch Status=N Event_type=CL Stuck After BULK CC (Doc ID 2674559.1)

Symptoms

InjectorPriceEventBatch status=N event_type=CL stuck after BULK CC and did not complete.


All the events got executed based on RPM_CLEARANCE table (except 1 worksheet which failed CC). Checked RPM_BATCH_LOG table and it also shows that everything went fine.
The update of RPM_BULK_CC_PE to 'C' is missed.

Please note: Nothing got written into RPM.log during the batch time period.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Run the Injector batch for 5k clearances.
  2. After batch completed 5K records in RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE table: 4999 in A status, 1 in W - CONFLICT_EXISTS status.
  3. RPM_BULK_CC_PE_THREAD has 5000 entries with status 'C' -- so all completed.
  4. However RPM_BULK_CC_PE table still shows status 'I'.
