FutureRetailPurgeBatch ignores thread configuration and always runs on a single thread.

As per documentation: Threading
FutureRetailPurgeBatch is a timed multi-threaded batch client class,however it runs on a single thread only.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In RPM_BATCH_CONTROL table set to run FutureRetailPurgeBatch  in more than 1 thread.
  2. Notice that batch is running in only one thread.
