Unable to disable ODM in C2M 2.7.3
After performing the steps to disable ODM multiple times, the ODM menu’s and functionality are still existing in the application. Also common feature of ODM and MDM too are still under ODM e.g. the Manufacturer menus is still displayed for ODM owner.
ODM Menu's are disabled.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Performed below steps for disabling ODM as mentioned in the “C2M DBA Guide v2_7_0_3” as below
1. Change the PROD_STATUS_FLG of Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management to F1IN in the Installed Product (CI_INSTALL_PROD) table.
2. Navigate to ..\..\C2M\Post-Install\ folder in Oracle Utilities Customer To Meter V188.8.131.52.0 Oracle Database.
3. Login as a schema owner.
4. On SQL prompt, run the command below:
5. Execute a flush to clear the cache.
6. Clear browser cache.
7. Restart the application.
