Billing Care Screen Is Blank While Login Through Writeoff Policy (Doc ID 2675129.1)

Goal

One has created a user in Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) and assigned to the Group WriteOff. While trying to login through that user in Billing care, getting a blank screen,But through Super CSR and Regular CSR able to see all the pages.
