On : 11.2.0.18 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to Search for Workflows by CompanyName for client linked workflow items.
When filtering Workflow items by Name, only FirstName and LastName are considered. Attempting to filter by CompanyName does not work.
The filter feature on Workflow items does not allow to filter by CompanyName in order to display workflow items generated at the client level for a client that is corporate.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to search by Name would mean to be able to search by First,Last and CompanyName.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate or create a workflow item at a client level where FirstName and LastName is blank, but where CompanyName is not.
2. When you navigate to the workflow page, notice that you can see the item with the CompanyName in the Name column of the Workflow Item.
3. Use the filter to filter by Name and type the CompanyName.

 ***Notice that 0 Workflow items are returned after applying the filter.
