Last updated on APRIL 03, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 7.5.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), when using the Software Development Kit (SDK) to customize policy opcodes, the customized function(s) are not being called and instead, the default implementation is used called instead.

There are no specific logs that aid in the diagnosis of this, but it can be observed that custom logic and/or custom log statements are not applied/logged, respectively.

This article assumes the custom code compiles, the initialization configuration correctly configured, and the Connection Manager (CM) is correctly configured to load the custom library.
