On : 12.1.3 version, Memory Based Planner

While running a plan, the Loader Worker With Direct Load Option completed in error:

value used for ROWS parameter changed from 1000 to 132
Record 140099: Rejected - Error on table MSC.MSC_ITEM_SOURCING.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (MSC.MSC_ITEM_SOURCING_U1) violated
