Cartridge Deployment Taking Long Time as Threads Stuck on net.sf.ehcache.distribution (Doc ID 2675634.1)

Symptoms

Deployment of UIM cartridges takes long time to complete or even times out in a Clustered Environment. Thread Dumps suggests issue with RMICache, specifically when listing other cache peers.
