End Users Are Unable To Log Into The Primavera Unifier Mobile App After Upgrading to Primavera Unifier 19.12.1.0 or Higher While Using HTTPS/SSL (Doc ID 2675731.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Primavera Unifier mobile app is not working after upgrading from the 19.12.0.0 release to the 19.12.3.0 release.  End users attempt to log into the mobile app but nothing happens, only a black circle with three dots appear for a few seconds and then the login screen appears again.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The end users should be able to access Primavera Unifier via the mobile app after upgrading the Primavera Unifier application.
 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade the Primavera Unifier application to the 19.12.1.0 or higher release
2. Launch the mobile app from the mobile device
3. Enter the user credentials
4. Attempt to log in

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log into the mobile app from the mobile device.

Changes

Starting with the Primavera Unifier 19.12.1.0 release, a change within the design of the application was made as to where Basic Authentication is no longer used.  Also the end user environment is set up to use HTTPS / SSL and the SSL certificate has expired.
