Last updated on MAY 31, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway MV-90 Adapter for Itron - Version 2.3.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Uploaded MV9 file for steam service with temperature, pressure and flow channels. The transformed IMDs for Temperature and Flow have the correct interval values. However, pressure channel shows negative values instead of positive values as expected.

Steps -

For the MV9 file when OSB is parsing the file the IMD Seeder with the UOM of 42 flow is having un-expected negative values.
To test do the steps below.
1.Suspend DestinationQueueWatch-D5.
2.Drop a MV90 file (see bug for example) into the poll directory that contains flow.
3.File is picked up from the poll directory
4. First IMD Seeder created should be the UOM 42 (flow)
5.Search IMD Seeder for negative values.
6.Previous to fix the IMD Seeder would have random negative values.
