ODI Custom Mappings picking incorrect temporary tables during the execution flow.

While observing the successful v/s failure executions, it is found that :

In all the failure executions, the step 'Insert flow into I$ table' is happening on one temporary table (I$) but the failure steps are trying to perform operations on some other temporary tables which are not existing.
In all successful executions, the temporary table that is getting created at the step 'Insert flow into I$ table' is exactly same as the temporary table being referred in the steps 'insert Not Null errors' or 'delete errors from controlled table'.
