Unique Constraint Violation Issue When Updating The MATCH_EVT_ID In CI_FT Table. (Doc ID 2676148.1)

Goal

On : 2.5.0.3.0 version, BT - Batch

Unique constraint violation issue when updating the MATCH_EVT_ID in CI_FT table.

While updating the MATCH_EVT_ID in CI_FT table, batch is throwing unique constraint while processing the below SQL:

 
"INSERT INTO CI_ADM_RVW_SCH (ACCT_ID, NEXT_CR_RVW_DT, VERSION) VALUES (UPPER(?), ?, ?) /* SQL for program 'com.splwg.ccb.domain.customerinfo.account.entity.ProgramCIPLARSR_Impl', SQL name 'I_ROW' */
 with 'integer' parameter named 'I-ROW-IN-DATA.VERSION' to : '1' to indices: 3
 with 'FixedCHAR' parameter named 'I-ROW-IN-DATA.ACCT-ID' to : '4594417761' to indices: 1
 with 'date' parameter named 'I-ROW-IN-DATA.NEXT-CR-RVW-DT' to : '2020-02-05' to indices: 2 ".

User have processed 100 records related to same account and match event in Single thread, but faced this issue for 1 record.

ERROR

ORA-00001: unique constraint (CISADM.SYS_C0078493) violated

Why this error occurred and how to resolve it?
