CI_BSEG_READ Was Not Populated With SP ID For Interval Accounts and Calculation/Audit Read Details not there in the Electric Interval meter in the bill segment screen (Doc ID 2676230.1)

On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, Framework

Q1) CI_BSEG_READ was not populated with SP ID for Interval Accounts

For account with interval devices, the CI_BSEG_READ table is not being populated with SP_IDs.

Q2) Compare to normal Measuring Component(Electric) and Measuring Component
Interval(Electric Interval):
Calculation/Audit Read Details are there in the Electric meter and not there
in the Electric Interval meter in the bill segment screen
For us SP ID displayed in the both the bill segment screen but for customer
SP ID also not displayed in the Electric Interval meter screen.
