BO_STATUS_CD is Populated as VAL Instead Of VALI on CI_TXN_HEADER (Doc ID 2676441.1)

Symptoms

On RMB v2.9.0.0.0, BO_STATUS_CD is populated as VAL instead of VALI on CI_TXN_HEADER.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
After a file is successfully uploaded (via File upload framework), On the Transaction header record, the BO_STATUS_CD is populated as VAL instead of VALI.
This is causing the uploaded file records to not show up on the Feed Management Dashboard.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
BO-STATUS-CD should be populated with value VALI in CI_TXN_HEADER table.

STEPS
--------------------
1) Run C1-FTRAN batch using a txt file
2) Ensure Batch completes succeefully and records are inserted into CI_TXN_HEADER and CI_TXN_DETAIL_STG
3) Note that CI_TXN_HEADER record the BO_STATUS_Cd is set to VAL. It should be VALI as per the filed values defined in lookup TXN_HEADER_STATUS
