Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Program Schedule Calculation without holiday in Edit mode

When editing the Program schedule, schedule will be changed without holiday.
When saving the Program schedule, schedule will be saved with holiday.

Expected Behavior

Program Schedule Calculation to consider holiday in Edit mode


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Agile Web client
2. Visit a Program schedule
3. Edit my Program schedule, click Save
