Symptoms

Upon attempting to open the Literature Intake menu screen (Worklist > Literature Intake (J Literature Bookin)) one of the following error messages is presented:

 

ASP.worklist_intake_aspx

Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Windows\SysWOW64
\inetsrv\~\Errors.xml'.

 

ASP.worklist_intake_aspx

Unable to rethrow exception: The exception to throw is null.
