Not Able To Create New List In Java Client (Doc ID 2677239.1)

Symptoms

1. Log in Java Client with administrator.

2. Double click Data Settings -> Lists from left pane.

3. Click New button from right pane to create a list. List Creation Window never opens up.

Java Console is showing the following

"
<Error> <Socket> <BEA-000403> <IOException occurred on socket: Socket[addr=xxx,port=xxx,localport=xxx]
weblogic.socket.MaxMessageSizeExceededException: Incoming message of size: '10000080' bytes exceeds the configured maximum of: '10000000' bytes for protocol: 't3'.
"
