Error ORA-02291 When Generating PSUR Report

Symptoms
1. Reports > Periodic Reports > ICH PSUR.
2. Create report with basic required fields and Click on [OK] button Error pops up.
3. Get the following error when generating PSUR report.
Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 1 occurred.
ORA-02291: integrity constraint (ARGUS_APP.FK_CFPRP_MESSAGE_TYPE_ID) violated - parent key not found
SQL: SELECT * FROM CFG_PER_REPORT WHERE REPORT_FORM_ID = 13179869 FOR UPDATEPL/SQL Call Stack: 15300543207388985138673 PKG_CONSOLE_COMMON.P_ERROR_LOG1
