System Is Not Working As Expected When Canceling Quantity Of The Shipped Order (Doc ID 2677323.1)

Once the order is shipped, if user tries to cancel some quantity, then the system gives an expected error saying "The quantity ordered cannot fall below the expected quantity for shipments and appointments, which is x.", but after a few seconds that message disappears and the item's canceled quantity and other cancel data is posted in database. 


Steps To Reproduce:

  1.  Create and Approve an Order with an Item having Supplier Pack Size > 1;
  2.  Create a Shipment with all ordered quantity of that Order;
  3.  Try to cancel some quantity of ordered Item of that Order and check that expected error disappears a few moments later without any action.
  4.  If Order details are saved, it stores Cancel quantity and other data that should not be stored.
