Last updated on JUNE 16, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Agile Engineering Data Management - Version 6.2.1.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

With the upgrade to e6.2.1 customer found that some of their logic is no longer working for end-users (non-manager users) relating to queries on group-user level. e.g. select_ref( "GROUP USER ASSIGNMENT" ) is returning 0 values for a certain group for a non-manager user, while for manager-users it works correctly.

Expected Behavior

select_ref query group-user relations should be working for non-manager users

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in with a Non Manager User and/or a Manager User.
  2. Assign logiview to a button.
    100 select_ref( "GROUP USER ASSIGNMENT")
    200 var(SFS_GRP_USR_LIST[1])
    300 where_ent("T_GROUP.C_NAME"="DEMOEP")
    400 RES=execute(0)
    500 put(RES)
  3. Click the button with assigned logiview.
  4. Logiview is executed without errors.
