Symptoms
The Two-Six Code (TSC) is not removed from a Trunk Group when the new activity "ISR" order it was created on is Supp Cancelled. This can result in it being duplicated when the same TSC is used for another Trunk Group. There is no way to correct the problem by removing the TSC association from the previous Trunk Group in the GUI.
Recreation Steps
1. Create "ISR" order for 1 Trunk circuit.
2. Assign a Provisioning Plan having a DLRD and DD task.
3. Work and complete the DLRD task.
4. Supp Cancel the "ISR" order (re-open the DLRD task).
5. Work the DLRD task and ensure all trunks are K-Cancelled.
6. Complete the DLRD task.
7. Complete the DD task.
8. Inventory Management > Trunk Groups.
9. Query for the supp cancelled Trunk Group using its TSC.
10. Create another "ISR" order for 1 Trunk circuit and use the same TSC.
11. Inventory Management > Trunk Groups.
12. Query for the Trunk Group using the same TSC again.
Recreation Steps for Pending Disconnect/Pending Scenario
1. Create "ISR" order for disconnect activity of 1 in service Trunk circuit.
* Note trunks are in Pending Disconnect and no further processing of this order is necessary for the remainder of the steps.
2. Create "ISR" order for new activity of 1 Trunk circuit.
3. Inventory Management > Trunk Groups.
4. Query for the Trunk Groups using the TSC for this test case.
5. Assign a Provisioning Plan having a DLRD and DD task for the NEW activity Trunk.
6. Work and complete the DLRD task.
7. Supp Cancel the "ISR" order for the NEW activity Trunk (re-open the DLRD task).
8. Work the DLRD task and ensure all trunks are K-Cancelled.
9. Complete the DLRD task.
10. Complete the DD task.
11. Inventory Management > Trunk Groups.
12. Query for the Trunk Groups using the TSC for this test case.
