Email Displayed In Encoded Form While Transmitting CIOMS Report For Reporting Destination In Argus (Doc ID 2677823.1)

Symptoms

E-Mails are displayed in Encoded format when Transmitting CIOMS Reports to reporting destinations in Argus.

These are not truly attachments but the contents are displayed in Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 format.
