Symptoms

Not able to login to HUB using admin credentials

Completed manual installation and installation is completed successfully.
When trying to login an error occurred.

ERROR

An error occurred while trying to login.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Finished install.
2. Try to login to OPA Hub
