ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Infranet.properties not accepting environment variables for pin rel for below parameters:
1) infranet.rel.dbtype
2) infranet.rel.dbname
3) infranet.rel.userid
4) infranet.rel.password
5) infranet.rel.default.interim_directory

Steps to reproduce:
---------------------
1.Store the below parameter values as environment variables in Infranet.properties of pin_rel :

a) infranet.rel.dbtype
b) infranet.rel.dbname
c) infranet.rel.userid
d) infranet.rel.password
e) infranet.rel.default.interim_directory

2.Rate a CDR in pipeline and load the rated CDR by using pin_rel

Current result: CDR's are not getting loaded as Infranet.properties file is unable to accept environment variables.

Expected result: CDR's should get loaded successfully.
