Not Able To Close A Case In ECM (Doc ID 2678899.1)

Client have installed AML, KYC and ECM version 8.0.6.
and have promoted alerts into cases. When they click on Actions tab in ECM and trying to take action on a case,
They are getting the following Warning message:

"One or more of the selected cases have events which are not marked as productive or non-productive. To save this action(s) ensure that all the events."
