ORMB Batch Property Files Issue (Doc ID 2679024.1)

ORMB Batch property files issue.

Batches are getting triggered through an external batch scheduler with correct number of soft parameters even when the corresponding batch property files don't contain the correct number of soft parameters.

For example, the CM-MATCH property file only has 3 soft params:

But the submit job log contains 6 soft params.
The property files are in the correct path in Prod batch server:
