Getting Error While Sending Discrepancies To InForm Even Though Web Service Location Test Is Successful (Doc ID 2679416.1)

Symptoms

Sending Discrepancies to InForm are failing with error "Sending discrepancies failed due to an incorrect InForm web service call. Check the values for the web service location in the InForm data model or in the administration page. To see all the values, select the web service and click the modify icon."

On the InForm server in the InForm Adapter web logs a 500 error appears at the time when the discrepancy was attempted from DMW. In the InForm application event log there will also be a corresponding error from the InForm Adapter saying INVALID USER.

Changes
