Unable to edit Characteristic value from ODB UI having length as more than 16 characters.

The input accepts only 16 Characters and gives below error for the description having greater than 16 characters:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a On demand regular file having one of the characteristic value having length as greater than 16 characters and less than 254 characters.
2. Go to Usage Data Processing Portal and upload the file, File should be successfully uploaded.
3. Now search for the file name and click on the link under 'Valid' Column to edit the data.
4. Try to edit the Characteristic value(just click on the input box and come out).


The value you entered is too long. Please make it shorter.

The value you entered exceeds the maximum storage size for this field.
