A User with 'Study Configurator' Role is not able to Create Advanced Filters under Listings Page

Symptoms
On Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.5.1 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A user with only Study Configurator role is not able to create/view advanced filters under Listings page.
A user with Study Configurator role along with ‘Study Consumer’ is able to create/view filters.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the user with only 'Study Configurator' role to be able to access/created advanced filters.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. From DMW, select a study and go to "Data Management"/"Listings".
2. Select a listing and click on "Filters".
3. Click on "Advanced Filter".
4. Enter the value of an Advanced filter defined under Study Configurator role.
There is no filter available for selection.
