LDAP Users Getting 'Incorrect Password' When Routing Case (Doc ID 2679891.1)

Goal

Enabled LDAP login for all users.
Users are able to login to Argus.
After entering the correct password for routing a case to another state, they keep getting the message "Incorrect Password".
