ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bill Determinant Push Methodology Not Working for Parent/Child SP Relationship

Problem Description:
Implementing the bill determinant push methodology for creating the UTs based on measurement cycle. However, observed that when configuring the Measurement Cycle and US on Parent SP then the system is unable to create the UTs in the system. The reason for this is because the D2-CRUSGTRN algorithm is trying to fetch the install events on the Parent SP which is will not be there as the devices are installed on the Child SPs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Bill Determinant Push Methodology should work for Parent/Child SP relationship.
