Convergence Hangs After Upgrade When Customization Is Enabled (Doc ID 2680578.1)

Symptoms

On Convergence 3.0.2.2.0 (it can happen for older versions as well) the login interface will hang and it will not let the users to login.

Changes

A new version of  Convergence was installed, c11n folder was copied from previous working version of Convergence (3.0.1.4) and customization was enabled:

./iwcadmin -o client.enablecustomization -v true
