Goal
Why is the expected Connection Design validation warning message (example below) skipped when a user completes a custom design task type defined as having RID Task Behavior (Opens Circuit/Connection Design Window - Record Issue) or DLRD Task Behavior (Opens Circuit/Connection Design Window - Design Layout) and the required engineering has not been performed? When this occurs, the validation warning message is received when attempting to complete the DD task.
