Change Plan After In Session Billing Is Not Working (Doc ID 2680776.1)

On : version, Balance Management

Whenever a user is performing a change plan just after In-Session Billing (replenishment by triggering Usage via ECE), before moving into the next billing, it is not triggering charges for the next cycle for the new plan and benefits.

1. Change the pin_virtual_time (pvt) to last day of the month.
2. Perform In-Session Billing by triggering Usage which will grant the resources for next month.
3. Before moving into the next billing cycle perform Change Plan.
4. It is canceling the resources granted by old plan(resources granted due to in-session billing), but not granting the resources for the next month as part of the new plan.
