Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Installing 9.3.6 RUP12 (9.3.6.12) to application server having Fusion Middleware (FMW) 12.2.1.4 and Agile PLM 9.3.6.0 GA installed ends in below error.

BUILD FAILED

FMW version: 12.2.1.4.0 found. This version of FMW is not supported. Aborting Installation...

INSTALLATION FAILED

Steps

  1. Install FMW 12.2.1.4
  2. Install RCU
  3. Download 9.3.6.0 GA installer
  4. Download Patch 31040722: AGILE 9.3.6 WITH FMW 12.2.1.4
  5. Extract 9.3.6.0 GA installer and Patch 31040722
  6. Apply Patch 31040722
  7. Run 9.3.6.0 GA installer having Patch 31040722 applied
  8. Apply 9.3.6.12 by running Install_Patch.sh
