When Configuring the Oracle Primavera Cloud Deployment in Primavera Gateway the Error "Error in Validating Deployment of Rest Utils" Occurs (Doc ID 2682212.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to connect Primavera Gateway to Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error in Connection. Verify connection parameters and try again.
The response was: Connection unsuccessful, Please verify the API configuration. Error in validating deployment of Rest Utils - Error executing request:


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Sign in to Primavera Gateway with administration credentials.
2. In the sidebar, select Configuration.
3. Select the Deployments tab
4. Select the Primavera Cloud Deployment
5. Select Edit
6. Select Test Connection and it fails with an error
