When attempting to run 'CTO Archive Dependent Demand'' workflow
the following error occurs.

ORA-06512: at line 1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Workflow Manager
2. Run 'CTO Archive Dependent Demand'' workflow
3. It fails
