Information in this document applies to any platform.
Given a fresh installation of Billing Care 188.8.131.52 on an environment running Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 184.108.40.206 for which OAM (Oracle Access Management) is used to create users and roles for Billing Care.
To be noted that ssl is enabled for both Billing Care and BRM.
When an user it trying to login in Billing Care, the following error occurs in domain log :
