Can Duplicate Rows In ARGUS_APP.CFG_MEDWATCH_CODE Post Upgrade From 7.0.7 To 8.2.1.2 Be Deleted (Doc ID 2682604.1)

Goal

After upgrade of 7.0.7 > 8.0 > 8.1 > 8.2 > 8.2.0.2 > 8.2.1 > 8.2.1.2
Identified multiple duplicate rows in ARGUS_APP.CFG_MEDWATCH_CODE table post the Argus upgrade from 7.0.7 to 8.2.1.2.
These duplicate rows have the same data in DIALOG, DESCRIPTION, DEFINITION, VALUE columns but only different in SORTBY column.

These duplicate rows were by a custom package.

Because of this issue, the Argus UI shows multiple records that look the same.

Will any Argus functionality be impacted if these duplicate rows are deleted.
