Audit Log Category- 'Password Verification Failure' Is Not Captured When Wrong Password Is Entered (Doc ID 2682643.1)

Symptoms

Utilities > Logs > View Audit Log>Category- 'Password Verification Failure' is not captured when entering the wrong password 3 times during the case routing and also routes the case to the next workflow in the following scenarios

SCENARIO 1- (NON-LDAP USERS)
Argus Console--> System Configuration--> Workflow | Rules
(Only ONE of the following IS checked)
Lock Case on Route
Require Password on Route

Argus Console--> Common Profile--> Security
Number of consecutive failed login attempts before account is locked out is set to ABOVE the number 3

SCENARIO 2-(LDAP USERS)
Argus Console--> System Configuration--> Workflow | Rules
(Only ONE of the following IS checked)
Lock Case on Route
Require Password on Route

Argus Console--> Common Profile--> Security
Number of consecutive failed login attempts before account is locked out is set to 3 or ANY value.

-Routed Case to a New Workflow (ie. Data Entry to Medical Review)
On Case Routing Page selected
Route to Next State- (ie. 'Medical Review')

Entered INCORRECT password #1

(The following is returned)
OK- Incorrect Password
OK

Entered INCORRECT password #2

(The following is returned)
OK- Incorrect Password
OK

Entered INCORRECT password #3
(The following is returned)

OK- Incorrect Password
OK

Number of attempts exceed. Can not route the Case.

The Case will reflect routed Case Status (ie. Medical Review)

And
Utilities > Logs > View Audit Log
Select Category- Password Verification Failure

No records will be captured.
