Set BE EDR Feature Node Does Not Work for Voucher Reserve and Voucher Commit/Revoke (Doc ID 2682925.1)

On : 12.0.3.0.0 version

The Set BE (Billing Engine) EDR (Event Detail Record) node alters and adds EDR tags in EDRs generated by slee_acs during call flow.

The goal is to add a custom tag into BE EDRs to log some custom attributes from SOAP/XML request triggered through OSD (Open Services Development).
It was observed that SEDR (Set BE EDR) FN (Feature Node) is not injecting the new Tag (NewTAG) into extra EDR info of VRSV (Voucher Reservation) and VRCR (Voucher Commit Revoke) feature nodes. The final EDR does not contain requested tags.

Expectation is that all custom tags are appended to BE EDR.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SMS Screens as admin;
2. Navigate to Services/ACS Service/Control Plans
3. Create a control plan with below structure:
ST-1,sedr-9,PB-5,vrcr-2,UT-3,END-4
4. Edit the SEDR FN to add the new EDR Tag: NewTAG
5. Run a service to execute this Control Plan
6. Search for NewTAG in BE EDRs.
