Symptoms

Login to P6 Professional via Cloud Connect fails with the following error:

ERROR

Unable to connect Database.  Please contact your administrator.

Timeout Error found in the Cloud Connect log:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Interrupt task is already scheduled for the thread Thread[[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)',5,Pooled Threads] and the type SO_TIMEOUT
at oracle.net.nt.TimeoutInterruptHandler.scheduleInterrupt(TimeoutInterruptHandler.java:75)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Professional using Cloud Connect
  2. Observe reported error.
  3. Observe timeout error in the Cloud Connect log.
