Join to version number prevents pulling proper data because current record is a later version than the join:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect join to version number not prevents from pulling proper data in HCD.V_W_HCD_INT_ORG_DH view.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run load a second version of the org into the process
2. Proper data are being prevented from the load.
