Getting Error 'CTISR is invalid' When Trying to Transmit E2B Report After 8.1.3 Argus Upgrade (Doc ID 2683306.1)

Symptoms


We observed the below error in ESM.ERROR_LOG table.

The value: CTISR is invalid. For a list of valid values for this element, please check the table CFG_M2 using profile: ICH-ICSR V2.1 R2 MESSAGE INBOUND AND OUTBOUND CLINICAL CANADA and dtd_element: MESSAGETYPE. Stored Procedure: M2_VALIDATION



This error started appearing after 8.1.3.

Recent upgrade form Argus 8.1.2 to 8.1.3
