Goal

China RA (NMPA) has released E2B R3 regional implementation guideline for ICSR transmission in E2B R3 format in China. And it contains some China specific E2B R3 elements. What is the plan to upgrade Argus to include these elements on the user interface, and also add an E2B R3 message profile for China?
