Unable to Login through GUI using OUD (Doc ID 2683883.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to login through Graphical User interface(GUI) using Oracle Unified Directory(OUD )

When user enter the correct password while starting, GUI is throwing nullpointerException and not opening the User Interface(UI) even though the adminserver log says Login successful.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 ./gui - start Oracle Communication Offline Mediation Controller(OCOMC) gui with user id and password
