XML Files Dropped Into IN Folder Are No Longer Processed (Doc ID 2684242.1)

Symptoms

XML files dropped into specific IN folder by AxWay or Manually are no longer being processed by Argus.

The files just stay in the IN folder.

The same files dropped into another IN folder are processed as expected.

Restarting Interchange Service did not correct the problem.
