Goal

Getting below error while syncing event rum spec for one service:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ImportExportPricing -import -config TelcoGsmTelephony_config.xml -ow < pwd.txt
PLEASE ENTER KEY PASSWORD TO DECRYPT THE PASSWORD(S) :
Log file location:/app/Oracle/PDC/apps/ImportExport/ImportExportPricing_20200603190358_288_0.log
Arguments specified:[-v, -import, -config, TelcoGsmTelephony_config.xml, -ow, -url, t3://<IPADDRESS>:<PORT>, -pdcuser, <USER>, -appsvruser, <USER>]
