Unable to Delete Note Fields for Risks or Save a Blank Note (Doc ID 2684488.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to delete a note inside the Risk register, the note cannot be deleted.  The text will not be removed from the field when saving, and the user cannot save an empty field with no text in it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The user should be able to delete any notes fields for any risk.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web.
  2. Open a project.
  3. Click Projects > Risks.
  4. Select a Risk with Notes on it.
  5. Try to delete these notes.
  6. Note the reported issue.
