ORA-01017 and Fatal Failed Error Connecting to Atomic Schema When Running Batches on DB 18c (Doc ID 2684566.1)

Symptoms

The Cash Flow Edit, Allocation, Transfer Pricing, or Asset Liability Management batches failed to connect to the Atomic Schema after a new installation or upgrade on Oracle 18c.
When checking the tasks in the batch, it is found that some errors are running the task, shown in the $FIC_DB_HOME/bin/nohup.out:

ERROR

Successfully Connected to Config schema.
Error(Oracle Financial Services Application error) (203105) Oracle drv_oci error:
OCI Function: [0] - olon(), orlon()
Oracle Error: [1017] - ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
Driver Function: drv_oci::Connect()
MB(AttachDB()) Error attaching to database: ofsaaatm
FATAL: Failed Connecting to Atomic Schema.
Memory fault(coredump)

Step to Replicate:

  1. Run any allocation, transfer pricing, asset-liability management, balance sheet planning, or cash flow edit process.
  2. Errors occurred on the batch process, launched directly on the user interface, and launched directly on the command line.
